ATS Water Technology Co., Ltd. is proud to provide technology consulting, solutions, technical support, and equipment supply to the contractor involved in the construction of the saline water treatment system with IoT Applications. This project aims to provide clean water to residents in saline-intruded areas of Ben Tre province.
The project successfully researched and implemented a fully automated saline water treatment system using water from the Ben Tre Water Plant. The system efficiently processes water with salinity levels ranging from 1 to 8‰, ensuring that the treated water complies with domestic water quality standards (input water TDS at 8000 mg/l – post-treatment water reduced to 110 mg/l), adhering to national regulatory standards.
Following an on-site inspection, the delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology highly appreciated the desalination system’s technology, the quality of its equipment, and processing efficiency. They also noted the feasibility of expanding the model and applying it throughout the Mekong Delta region.

🔹 LG SW 400 ES RO Membrane by LG Chem: The RO membrane utilizes cutting-edge technology from NanoH2O (USA), featuring a Thin Film Nanocomposite (TFN) structure. This specialized membrane is capable of treating water sources with TDS levels ranging from 500 to 25,000 mg/l, making it particularly suited for saline water with seasonal salinity fluctuations in the Mekong Delta. With its nano-structured material, the RO membrane achieves high salt rejection (up to 99.8%), high flow rate (2.16 m3/h), and lower energy consumption compared to traditional Thin Film Composite (TFC) membranes.

🔹 Codeline RO membrane pressure vessel by Pentair (USA) is manufactured from epoxy composite material using the advanced OCTA technology, providing stable and long-lasting performance for RO systems. The Codeline pressure vessel is certified for drinking water under NSF/ANSI 61 and undergoes pressure testing at 1.5 times the standard operating pressure before deployment.
🔹 SpectraGuard™ 311, developed by PWT (USA), is an advanced RO membrane antiscalant using Dendrimer technology with a multi-branched polymer structure. Each branch forms additional sub-branches, enabling the product to capture and isolate ions, preventing scale formation on the RO membrane surface. It significantly reduces scaling caused by water hardness and organic compounds, extending the cleaning intervals for the RO system.
